Salon EMA understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least a 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Last minute reschedules/cancelations will be subject to a 50% charge of the service(s) scheduled. With that being said, a mutual respect of time is expected as we are a small business. Our booking system will always send you a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment via text and email.
We understand that delays can happen, however, we do our very best to keep our clients with in their scheduled time frame. We will always try our absolute best to accommidate our clients by any means, however, If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time, and if no accommidation can be made, we will have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, which may be subject to a 50% charge. Please always consider extra time for Miami traffic.
